Traits of a good leader/founder (imo):
- formidable: you don't leave outcomes to chance; you make happen what u want
- in day to day life it looks like this: your days have planned outcomes, and you go achieve them (99% people fail to do this)
- that does not mean you leave nothing up to chance, you still do a lot of in promptu() interactions with random people, just not compromising on the priority goals u set for yourself for the day.
